Erin’s focus is in perinatal and women’s mental health needs. She meets with individual clients supporting them in feeling validated, empowered, and connected to a community who knows it takes a village and we aren’t meant to do this alone. Erin also supports providers who are in the perinatal & birthing field and offers supervision to mental health providers.

Emily is dedicated to helping teens and adults effectively address life stressors and develop skills for independent symptom management. She utilizes a client-centered approach to determine client strengths, barriers, and concerns, with a solution focused lens to help provide relief and skills to help the client reach their goals.

Melissa Noftsinger, Future LCPC-C

Melissa is a clinical intern pursuing her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Southern Maine. She is dedicated to providing empathetic and compassionate counseling services to support you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.

Gina is a clinical intern who embodies curiosity, compassion, and acceptance; enabling clients to explore their inner worlds, process their emotions, and connect with their authentic selves.

Gina provides a space that is supportive and empowering by offering gentle, unconditional positive regard and judgment-free therapy through an integrative, mind-body approach grounded in the principles of Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and an Internal Family Systems framework.
